We realize that many of our things to do in DTLA involve movies. We can’t help it – it’s Hollywood! Silver Lake Picture Show is a free event that happens at Sunset Triangle Plaza on Thursday nights. In addition to featuring live music and classic feature films, organizers also screen short movies from local filmmakers. It’s a great way for the community to interact and connect with local artists.
Friday Night Wine Tastings

This is a 21 and up event, so make sure to leave the kiddos at home. Don’t worry – there are other things to do in DTLA that are kid-friendly, including our next event.

We can’t have a list of things to do in DTLA and not include something for the shopaholics. If you like to shop till you drop, try to make your way to Smorgasburg LA at Alameda Produce Market. Dozens of food, drink, craft, jewelry, and clothing and accessories vendors occupy a 5-acre space every Sunday. They have something called Ice Cream Alley! Enough said!
